CANBERRA, June 30,

The' Australian Premiers’ Conference has reached unanimity in affirming its adherence to the principles of the Premiers’ Plan of 1931, undertaking to meet their interest obligations and to continue progressively to reduce their deficits and’ to conduct the public policy with a view to reviving industry and to the restoration of employment.

The Prime Minister, Mr Lyons, made a congratulatory speech, but he warned the Conference if the Premiers’ Plan broke down then the credit of Australia overseas would seriously affected..
