KILLED BY MOTOR CYCLE. (Per Press Association— Copyright.) AUCKLAND, June 29. FaLil injuries were received by James Bent Warner. ' aged seventy years, stationer, of Ponsonby, as the nwmlt'bf being struck by a motor cycle and side van in the city.- Warner received a fractured skull: and died in the Hospital. The rider of the cycle, Kenneth Parnell, was thrown off. and lie ■'received head injuries. ITis condition is not serious.

Constable Harold Henderson, a married man, with (fight children, of Linwood, died in the hospital this morning, as file toe si lit! of double pneumonia, following upoll if fall from a bicycle. ’He was formerly 'stationed at Wellington, Fielding and Lumsdeii.

The car was traveling at 15 miles an hour and tlm constable’s head runic, ill violent contact with the centre pole. He was rendered unconscious, but was prevented l , ’om falling from the car by his com pan ion. II is condition is fairly serious..
