INTOXICATED, CAUSING DEATH. (Per Press Association — CopyrUjht.) AUCKLAND, June 27. George Washington Little, aged 31, a civil servant, was to-day remanded on bail to appear on July lltli.. on charges of being intoxicated wh !e in charge of a car, and of negligently driving a car thereby causing the death of John Mclntyre, aged 56, a labourer, on Saturday night. The Alagistrate made it one of the conditions of hail that accused should not drive a car.
