Accused Was Joseph Fiswiek, age,| 152. Senior-Sergeant Wade explained that in a soinowlial intoxicated condition accused called at SI. Francis House and was refused accoitunoda I ion. lie went to the police station, but was refused accommodation there also, as he "as not sufficiently intoxicated to be arrested. He then went outside, selected a large stone and threw it through one of tin 1 windows. When a. eonstable rushed out lie found accused standing in the doorway, saying “I did it. Perhaps you’ll give me a bed now.”
