(Received this day at 11.15 a.m.) SYDNEY, June 23
The management committee of the New South Wales Rugby Union has decided that, in all matches against the All Blacks, replacements will be allow, ed up to, and including, half time, also that players will leave the field at the interval. In each case the committee decided to favour the present local custom against New Zealand suggestions. Opinion, however, was divided on each issue.
