The Waipukurau Borough Council last night unanimously decided to raise the issue with the. Government of granting boroughs 'the same benefit of a,_121 per cent rebate on rates as was ! conceded to county ratepayers ; also to i seek the opinion of counsel for' the 'Municipal Association regarding the liability .of hospital. boards for rating on their farm lands in boroughs., ,
