IMMIGRATION ADVERTISEMENT

WELLINGTON, June 21

Mr H. E. Holland (Leader of the Opposition) has received the following letter from the Hon. J. A. Yeung, Minister of Immigration:— “I have to acknowledge receipt of your letter of JunCj.O, wherein you quote" an advertisement that appeared in the ‘Caithness Courier’ (Scotland) of January 15, 1932. lii reply, I have to advise that the matter is being brought under the notice of the High Commissioner for New Zealand in London with a view to appropriate action being taken to prevent a recurrence.”

The advertisement referred to assisted immigration.
