Here’s a tasty, extra way to use Diamond Oatlets, the delicious, new small rolled oat breakfast-food.
Oatlets Snaps: (Ingredients) 1 cup flour, 1 cup oatlets, J cup golden syrup, 2 teaspoon-s ground ginger, 1 chp butter, pinch of salt, -J- teaspoon bakincr powder. (Method) warm the butter, and add it to the golden syrup, stir in the flour, oatlets, and the rest of the ingredients, mix into a dough, roll thinly and out into rounds with biscuit cutter. Bake about 10 minutes in a moderate oven.
