GREYMOUTH JOCKEY CLUB. DISTRICT COMMITTEE MEETS. Tlie inonthly meeting of the District Committee of the Greymouth Jockey Club was held yesterday afternoon. Present: Me-srs T. E. Coates (chairman), C. Griffen, and A. B. Spiers; Jockf-vs I censes: V. A. Lee! W. J. Cameron ; Apprentice Jockey: R. A. Cnlbiish. Several other matters were dealt with in committee.

MEETING OF CLUB COMMITTEE. The monthly meeting of the committee of the Greymouth Jockey Club was hold yesterday. Pre-tent: Messrs T. E. Coates (president), A. Behan, W. H. Pnriitt, Iv. Williams, H. I). James, G. Blair, C. L. Kettle, YV. Gieseking, G. R. .Barker, and the Secretary, Mr M. ,T. Fogarty. The Minister of Internal Allah's advised that a rebate of 1{ per cent., amounting to £B2 10s Id, had been made to the Chib on the iota'isator _investments for the club’s Easter meeting. A ' very favourable report was received from the Stipendiary Steward regarding the oUib’s meeting on June 3rd. The Secretary reported that tie June 3rd meeting had shown a sma.l profit. i The secretary and chairman were appointed to arrange a conference of West Coast Chibs to go into the question of payment of nomination and acceptance fees.
