Moxley made a long, emotional statement, declaring his innocence. He said that" he had no occasion to kill anyone, as 'he had not been in need of money ; but, since hg was shot in the head, he had been a changed man, and had not be-en responsible for . bis actions on the night of the tragedy. .He .said: “I know nothing .*' about shooting these young people, and T don’t think anybody doe".” The hearing wa s adjourned.
