AUCKLAND HOLD-UP CASE. (By Telegraph— Per Frets A stociation) AUCKLAND, June 13. In the city hold-up case, where Richard Dias was knocked down and robbed of £lO6, a labourer, who saw the assault and robbery, said it was done by Keogh and two other men. He was not prepared to identify Peckham. Another rye witness said he* ed out Keogh in an identification- parade, but was unable Ao recognise' tho other accused. A third eve witness identified Peckham, but not Keogh. Both accused were committed tb'tlio Supreme Court for trial.
