THREE FATALITIES AT HOME. 25 DEATHS DURING YEAR. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) LONDON, June 9. There were three Air Force fatalities to-day, whioh increased ’the year’s death roll to twenty-five. Lieutenants D, Margetts and J. Newsham were flying an aircraft attached to H.M.S. “Furious,” and were killed in an accident on the north-west coast of Scotland. Squadron-Leader L. El worthy was killed when a parachute failed to open after he had jumped from a big bomber containing four officers. The engine stopped. The pilot made a perfect landing. ANOTHER DOUBLE FATALITY. LONDON, June 9. Two planes attached to the Digby flyng- school collided at Andover. Pilotofficers Bret and Legga.tt were killed, both being du e to go on leave to-mor-row. WEIR AT BATAVIA. BATAVIA, June' 9. ’■ The Australian airman, Weir, has arrived here on his flight to England.
