AN ORGY OF OFFENCES. " - ~VjT , rV «*« \ | (By Telegraph.—Per Press Anpciatwn) DUNEDIN, siine 8. Four youths werq! >; to-day charged here with theft, and conversion of cars. Tile police said that there were twenty-five charges, extending over the months of April and. May. The police also stated that on April 27th a man named Frost' was killed'by a car which had been converted by some poison unknown. The police stated the accused were all expert .drivers, .'and were all speed fiends. The Magistrate said that the accused had bsen engaged in a perfect orgy of offences relating to 'motor-cars.
Three of them were committed to the Borstal Institute for two year's, The fourth was admitted to two years’ > probation.
