At a meeting of the New Zealand Trotting Board, the following resolutions were carried.:— “That Joseph Doherty, of Ashburton, with the registered horse Audubon Lad, . subsequently nominated and raced as All’s Wei! by J. J. McNamara and trained by ' his father, J. McNamara; be disqualified for life for corrupt iprcctices.’’ • “That with regard to J. McNamara, whilst there is not sufficient direct evid&fce to implicate him with the knowffwge of' the horse purchased by him-!«ttd transferred to his son, J. Q.
