It is officially stated that Japan emphatically is not changing her foreign policy. ' The new Cabinet is devoting its utmost attention to the (leansing of the domestic and political conditions and the rehabilitation of business and of the national finances.
DEVELOPMENT OF CHINA
LONDON, -May 27
.Messrs Dorman, Long and Co., the Sydney Harbour Bridge builders, have taken the initiative in forming a great new company to undertake development work in China. Ibe new company consists of firms embracing practically the whole of the heavy engineering industry in Britain, and it will be prepared to build railways, factories, bridges, harbours ami power plants.
