A man, named Hugh McCallum, dropped dead in George Street this morning. The deceased, who wag connected with J. llott, Ltd., in Wellington, some years ago, was for the last four years Manager of the Cash Provident Order Coy., in this city. He was well known m musical circles, and in his younger days was..-a successful heavy weight lifter. '•
