ANOTHER DEATH
JAPANESE BOMB OUTRAGE.
COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF DIES.!

General Shirakawa, who was injured m the recent bombing outrage, died to-day about neon. The Japanese authorities are retraining from announcing his death, stating that the patient’s condition is grave.
They have, however, suspended,. 'Social functions and will not announce, his death until the body is aboard the cruiser, Hirato, which is leaving tomorrow for Tokyo.
Shirakawa, who was Commander-iu-Cliief of the Japanese adventure at Shanghai, was elevated to Baron directly the Emperor was apprised of the seriousness of his condition.
The postal strike continues, affecting the outgoing mails, and it is. also expected that there will be soipg difficulty in securing the incoming mails. The municipal council is preparing an emergency .service.
