The story revolves around the robbery of a large metropolitan bank by’ a crafty cracksman and the complications resulting in his refusal to split ! fifty-fifty With a gang leader. The action moves swiftly and builds up to one of the most dramatic climaxes ever brought to the screen. Universal has selected a superb cast to portray the characters in the story. : Mary Nolan, ever a splendid emotional actress, is said to give her most finish- , ed performance in “Outside the Law” 5 as the complice of the crook, Fingers, played by Owen Moore.
