.MELBOURNE, May 17:

Australia’s wool clip for the 1931-32 season totalled 2,690,136 hales, and approximately 2,595 thousand bales have disposed*^. The export returns up to March 31st. showed that- 2,259,628 bales had been sent overseas to twenl-ohe different countrick. Great Britain was the ibest customer with 802,006 bales ..while Japan came next with 503,996 bales. It is estimated that the freight on the wool paid to the shipping companies was about three million pounds.
