L-sr •* :i "’. no longer available to the Association or’to its members: — The collection of the subscriptions by the Department, fee which a eha.ge was made.

The right of the delegates to atteue the meetings of the Association on full pay up to ten days in,each year. The right of the paid officers the Association to enter upon the Post Office properties to see the staff and to discuss their conditions.

The right to put the Association s notices up in the post office. The right of representatives and the right of the Association to represent the employers’ case to the Department and to the Ministry.
