At fjhe Stadium to-night, the contest for the lightweight championship of Aus_ tralia and Lord Beauchamp belt, between Bobby Delaney, 9.9 (titleholder), and Bobby Blay 9.10, (challenger), ended in a draw after a splendid figbt. Blay was mostly the aggressor and much blood was drawn.
..For the State welter championship Wally Hancock (titleholder) obtained a decision against Roy Burns, who was outclassed. The fight was stopped in the fourth round.
