They provide for ah ‘'additional du;y of 10 per cent, over the ex.swag Customs duty on yarns - and fabrics other than apparel, and provide for a duty on apparel of 10 per cent, additional to the duty based on weight, ranging from 9d p-r pound to 12s per pound, according to the amount of silk or artificial .silk ohe garment. Of the alternative duties, whichever is the higher will be applied.
