BERLIN, May 10
Ho,rr Strainer, in the Reichstag, unfolded Hitler’s plan for a restoration of prosperity. The plan urged the Government to give wages, instead of relief to one million of the unemployed for five years Tw the purpose of the reclamation of water logged and otherwise barren lands, enabling new establishment of half a million now farms and those to be made remunerative! by imposing heavier import duties, thus making Germany independent of foreign produce.
