Mr Donnelly has agreed to preside. A strong force of police and temporary police again guarded the tram lines and vital points overnight, but nothing -unusual occurred. Pickets •were nowhere in evidence.

The poGce said the accused was a prominent member of the unemployed workers’ movement, which had 'linked itself with the tramway movement.
