MARRIAGE IN ENGLAND,

LONDON, May 9

There has been much public interest in a wedding that took place at Chatsworth, the parties being Lord Uiarles Cavendish, younger son of the Duke of Devonshire, and Adele Astaire, a famous American dancer. The Archbishop of Canterbury granted a special license to enable a private marriage to be conducted in the tiny chapel of Chatsworth to-day. Miss Astaire is retiring from the .stage.
