A SECOND CUT
FOR TRANSPORT STAFF. (By Telegraph — Per. Press Association) AUCKLAND, May 3. The graded! officers of the Auckland Transport Board receiving salaries of £370 per annum and over, are to receive a 'second “cut,” operating as from May Ist. This decision was reached by the Board, in committee. The salaries froin £370- to £495 will be subject to a reduction of five per oenL; those from £496 to. £IOOO, to one of 7 per cent.; and those over £IOOO to a cut of 124 per cent.
