Orchard has gone to Romo where he is considering submitting to Catholicism.

He has published a pamphlet in which he declares that the Holy See, Rome, occupies the key position for the re-union of Christendom. The ‘‘Catholic Times’’ hails the Rev. Orchard’,s pamphlet as ‘‘the greatest triumph of truth since Cardinal Newman’s conversion.”
