The Inspector of Factories (Mr Davies) outlined the evidence, and defendant, who did not appear, was convicted and ordered to pay 5/- costs. On Licensed Premises For being on the premises of the Pioneer Hotel after hours, a defendant was fined £2 and costs 10/-. Constable F. A!. Best cave evidence of having found defendant in the hotel and he had no excuse to offer. Traffic Bylaws. Stanley Dale was charged with clriving a lorr v after dark without displaying head and tail lights. lie was fined 5 - and costs 1.0/-. Gordon ITarcourt was charged with driving a motor-car without a tail light, and was lined 5/-, and costs 10/-. Harry ALiot. for failing to keep to the left of a traffic dome was fined •V- and costs 10/-.
