The policy of the United Australia Party was outlined by Mr Stevens at the overflow meeting at the Sydney Town Hall. The policy was unanimously and enthusiastically endorsed. Items of the policy announced included the continuance but revision, ot tlio Moratorium and Rent RediicL'on Acts, increased employment and reduction i ntlie cost of living, wage -adjustments to retain trade and industry in New South Wales, co-operation with the Federal and other 'State Governments in adherence to the Premier’s plan for financial administration which will restore public cdniidoiwe, and leducion in rates, interest and other eha rges.
