The annual, meeting of tlio Chris tclnircli Returned Soldiers’ Association last evening was the largest ever held, and remarkable interest was evinced to place a check upon the activities of what was described as the “dangerous element” in the Association. A new rule was adopted by 109 To 105 votes, providing that every person on election to the Executive, must sign a declaration affirming loyalty to the King and! Empire. The outgoing Executive were reelected, with one exception. The meeting ptasised a resolution expressing dissatisfaction at the action of the R.S.A. headquarters, regarding pensions'.
