WEDDING BELLS

BRUERTON—DRAKE. St. John's Presbyterian Church, G,-ey-niot.‘:h, which had been been prettily decorated by friends of the bride, was yesterday morning packed with friends and weiT-wishers, when the wedding was celebrated 'by Rev. The bride, who was escorted by her father, was attired in an ankle length frock of ivory embossed eelanese, made on simple lines, with a fully flared skirt. Her beautifully embroidered veil, kindly lent by Mrs (), McLean, was held in place with a circlet o', orange blossoms, and she carried a sheaf of white dahlias and chrysanthemums. with a touch of pink. The Iride was attended by Miss N. Tennent who wore an ankle-length frock of apricot embossed georgette, {ind a gold tissue hat. She carried a. shower bouquet of autumn tinted dahlias. .Mr V. Stevens carried out the duties of best man. During tin 1 ceremony Mrs \A . Cogswell rendered “Mv Prayer’’ in a very do\cliimal manner. Mr Tennant presiding at the organ.
