'.Faking advantage of the l)eautiful day fully four hundred people, including’ .Several ear 1 loads from Oreyinoutli, visited Lake Kanieri on Sundav, to witness the outboard motor hiwit r a cats of the bake Kanieri Bonding Club. The most thrilling event of the day was the Tulloch Cup race, of nine miles (.six laps). In this event “Country Boy” tipped and sank right in front of the judge’s stand, after having completed five laps. “Hop Along” retired from the race to assist the unfortunate pilot. This race was won easily by “Doubtful Moments,” but in a thrilling finish for second place, “Pit-a-Pat” struck the walsh of another boat and turned a complete somersault. Both of these incidents occurred within a, few yards of most of the spectators.

Robinson) 2059 2; Happy Moments 1995 3. The Cup, for which there were four races during the season, was won by Country Boy (R. McMillan) with total points 8169. Buzz Off (C. Collyer) with 8035 points was runner-up.
