LONDON. April 25
The text of President Do Valera's Removal of the Oath Bill Iras been -issued. The second clause reads: ••Section Two. of the Constitution is hereby repealed. This is the section which gives the force oi law to U'e Treaty.’’
The ".Morning Posts" Dublin correspondent understands that President De Valera’s decision thus to repudiate the whole Treaty has been reached after he- had received a warning by legal advisers that if Lection Two of the Constitution were not repealed there was a danger of the Oath Removal Bill being challenged l in the Courts on the ground that it was repugnant to the Treaty and was consequently voi d.
