Accused was employed at Seaclifi mental hos|:itnl. lie was remanded till Thursday. The trial ii- proceeding of a charge against Lewis William O’Connor of the. murder of Findlay Douglas Buchanan. who was loiind shot at his residence. Tomahawk, early on the morning of .March 30th. The evidence is similar to that given in the louei court on April I.TLIi.
