Won by a head; three-quarters of a length. Time 1.15 2-5. Waimoa Handicap.—l Make Up 1, 3 Coomassie 2, 1 Tmatengirl 3. Also started: Earthquake, Miss Mercia. Won by three-quarters of a length; half a length. Time 1.42 4-5. The totalisator handled £4,193.

A message from Binghamton states that Mr Willis Xilner has announced that be lias employed Woodcock (trainer of Phnr Lap) as trainer. Woodcock accompanied by Dr Neil.sen, is at present visiting breeding farms in Maryland.
