HONOLULU, April 20. y Mrs Thalia Massie was the final defence witness in the Forte-jcue trial for murder. She told in tears of Ifie offence of which Knhahawai and otliers were accused. She described her husband’s worry as culminating in the shooting of Kahahavai. There was a flash of temper by Mrs Massie, which brought applause from some women in the Court, and called forth a severe reprimand from the Judge. . The Prosecutor was attempting to question her on the matter of tne mental test that she had undergone at the University ae Hawaii. She refused to answer his questions, on the ground that it vas confidential. When the Prosecutor persisted, she tore up the record of the examination. Then sobbing, she embraced Iter husband, saving: “He had' no right to ask me that. Everybody knows I love you /'
