GIRL’S NEW RECORD. (By Telegraph —Per Press Association J AUCKLAND, April 19. A new Dominion swimming record for the 75 yards* intermediate girls’ section was made at the tepid baths this evening by Mists* Mona Ley don, whose time was ‘ID 1-5 sees., which bettered by 2-5 of a second tbe previous standard set by Miss Bin Page in 1921. Alisis. Marie Farqulinr, national lady champion, created a. record in the 200 metres backstroke, taking 3 minutes 14 4-0 seconds.
