A White Paper lias been issued, which, for the first time gives the text of tiie Anglo-Free State financial agreement relating co land annuities. The signatories are J. W. Hills, for Britain, and Cosgravc' for the Free S bite.

The present publication is a sequel to Be Valera’s statement that the Free State is unaware of any formal, explicit undertaking in respect of payments The agreement contains the Free State Government’s undertaking to pay the annuities agreed at intervals, accepting responsibility to collect same from the tenant purchasers

Other sections deal with Outstanding financial questions between the two Governments including the Royal Irish Constabulary pensions and liabilities of losses of the Irish Rebellion of lift 6.
