man buried by ROCK
WELLINGTON ACCIDENT,

WELLINGTON, April 15
As a result of injuries received when he was caught under a fall of earth and rock a-t his home in Seatoun Road yesterday, Olaf Hansen, a taxi driver, died in the Wellington hospital at 5.55 p.m. Hansen was engaged in excavating a .bank when some overhanging rock gave way and a quantity came down on- him, burying him up to his waist. A neighbour who -saw the occurrence rushed to his aid and helped him out. He was conveyed no hospital in great •■pEfin, ’but succumbed to his injuries about an hour after being admitted.
