Grievances in connection with the rations day at the H"tt led to some trouble to-day with the unemployed. The Mayor was absent, but- tne DeputyMayor, -Mr Mitchell, heard of the matter! lie invited the unemployed demonstrators to come to the Lyceum Hall, where he asked for a concise statement of the grievances.
