VANCOUVER, April 7. A message from Ouayaguil, Ecuador, states that Ecuador’s Navy, consisting of two gun boats, mutinied to-day in order to prevent the homecoming of General Leonids is Plaza Guiterroz, who was formerly twice President of 'Ecuador, and who was exiled in the year 1925.

The disturbance assumed <an international complexion, when a parly of the insurrectionists captured the oil ts.iilv*r "Btiisro,” fhe property ot a British company All the rebel activities, however, failed to prevent General Guiterrez landing.
