MORE WEST COAST PETITIONS. (By Telegraph—Per Brest Association j WELLINGTON, April t>. Further petitions were presented in the House of Representatives by Mr .♦as. O’Brien (Westland) from residents of Greymouth praying that there shall be no further reductions in salaries or wages. The petitions were from Mr Knight and 128 others, and from Mr P. Murray and 127 others. There were also petition* from Mr A. E. FlEson and fi(> others, from Mr iS C. Robinson and 167 others and
' f[Vm F. S. Smith -and 128 others, residents of Reeftcn petitioning to the same effect. A large hatch of petitions, with a similar prayer, were also presented oy other Members.
