Diplomatic k-cirretspondonts bielieve that an understanding has. been reached which will so facilitate the work of the Four Power Conference, that it may complete its labours within thirtysix hours.
Another oitttooine wiill probably be an informal meeting between tne statesmen of the two powers with a frequent reassembling of the Four Power Conference
It is learned that the tariffs between France and Britain were among the many subjects discussed. The French correspondent of the Daily Telegraph says that M. Tardieu departed with a decidedly optimistic impression.
