EVENTS AT.AKARO.A_. At Akaroa on Saturday and Monday last in the outboard motor racing championships Mr F. J. Andrews of Hokitika was a competitor having two boats, Happy Moments and Merry Moments competing, a<nd lie met with considerable success. On Saturday in the B. Class R.iki was first with 1200 points, Happy Moments second with 1083. Jn the H. Class Merry Moments with 1200 points was first. In the open class Merry Moments with 800 points was the winner. On Monday in the Akaroa Opon handicap Sea Horse with 921 points was first, Happy Moments 856 points second.
