IN CUSTOMS RETURNS. WELLINGTON FIGURES FOR YEAR 'By Telegraph — Per Press A ssodation} WELLINGTON, March 31 The customs returns for Wellington totalled £2,178,880 for the year ended March. 31, as against £2,919.<13 last year. The revenue for last month was £162,726 against £241,853 for March 1931. The beer excise for Mlareli "as £6687. against £5508 for the corresponding month last year. For the twelve mouths. (lie total beer dutv collected was £61.040. compared with £55,48-1 for the previous financial year.
