The same company was proceeded against by the Mining (Registrar and Received of Gold Revenue, who claimed the sum of £2O/17/0 as rent and f(,rfeiturc o felaims 4842 and 1806. The case was withdrawn, the amount ami costs having been paid to the Mines Department at Wellington.
