At the dispersal sale of R. M. Morten’s trotting stock bidding ; wus slow. The top price was 155 quineas for Ngingongingo, bought by Miss Hinds, owner of Harold Logan. The stallion Ahuriri was Sold for 1258 guineas and the four-year gelding Rawhitiroa for 150 guineasBoth go to Australian owners. A hay gelding two-years by Rev de Oro, Bright Alice, was sold for 100 guineas to. A. Butterfield.
