LOSES HIS LIFE. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) CALCUTTA, March 26. Marasinha Swami Hindu Yogi, win lecently mystified Calcutta’s leading scientists by the strange meal composed chiefly of deadly poisons, died at Rangoon as a result of repeating the performance, before the leading Burmese medical men, He took one grain of strychnine, half a drachm of concentrated nitric- acid, a drachm of pure sulphuric acid, a grain of potassium cyanide and some pieces of broken glass. He was taken to the hospital and died in a few hours. Tt is stated that he neglected, in this instance, to perform certain “Hath Yoga” rites, after the meal, and as a result his system was unable to resist the poisons.
