Favoured with ideal weather, the sports meeting in connection with the Hokitika District High School was held in Cass Square this afternoon. For that reason, Cabinet had decided to give legislative effect to the request of the Executive Committee of the Counties Association that disqualification shall not apply to any ratepayer who has not more than two years of his rates in arrears.
