EXPENDITURE OF £7,000,000

A joint committee of citizens, and Members of Parliament proposes a scheme of relief for unemployment by the expenditure of £7,000,000 during the next two years and a-half, to be raised by an internal ten year loan, and the balance by special taxation.
The payment of (sustenance is to be superseded 1 except for women, and the expenditure must be for permanent or reproductive works.
